Today, we are able to quantify our marketing spend, by customer type and product interest. We have markedly improved the value of our brand with both existing and prospective customers. These two outputs mean that we have not only recovered both ongoing and initial investments with your organization many times over, but we have greatly improved the quality of relationships with our own customers.
