Oakley, a global leader in performance eyewear and sports apparel, sought to enhance its website and digital marketing activities to better reflect its cutting-edge brand and connect with its highly active customer base. While Oakley’s products were celebrated for their innovation, its digital platforms struggled to deliver the same level of excellence, with slow load times, inconsistent user experience, and limited marketing reach.
Partnering with Relentless, Oakley set out to overhaul its online presence. Relentless began with a comprehensive review of Oakley’s OCP (Oakley Custom Product) website and digital marketing channels, identifying areas to optimize performance, streamline customer journeys, and create deeper connections with athletes and enthusiasts alike.
The collaboration led to the creation of a visually stunning and high-performance OCP platform, featuring immersive product displays, advanced filtering options, and an enhanced mobile experience tailored to on-the-go users.

Relentless has been working with Oakley on the OCP Kiosk project since 2012. The OCP Kiosk is an in-store touchscreen application that allows people to customize Oakley sunglasses and goggles. While in Oakley retailer locations, consumers can pick their frame, lens type, and product-specific color accents. They can also specify any custom lens etching including Major League Baseball team logos.
We’ve had a great time working on this project and have even used the application ourselves to create some custom “Relentless” Oakleys.
