Relentless has recently redesigned and redeveloped the Shearwater Research website. We started with an initial dive into analytics to glean insights from past website performance before restructuring the website. We wanted to make sure that critical elements of the website were enhanced throughout the redesign process, and also took some time to familiarize ourselves with the former codebase. As a result, we were able to take on the website support role, to keep the old website up-to-date during development.

Relentless also set-up and launched a number of digital campaigns before the new website launched. This enabled us to smoothly transition to the new version without losing stride.
