Relentless has recently updated the EnRICHed Academy website with a new responsive design. A responsive website is designed to provide an optimal viewing experience on a wide range of devices including desktops, mobile phones, and tablets. A responsive approach to web design results in minimal resizing, panning, and scrolling for the site visitor. Relentless started by split-testing the new design against the old one in order to determine the performance gains before committing to it. The test results showed a lower bounce rate, lower exit rate, and an increased average time on page from mobile devices and tablets. These results validated the new design as well as the responsive approach for web design.

Relentless is currently working on an Awareness campaign for the EnRICHed Academy website. Part of the scope also includes eCommerce conversion optimization and analytics integration for the online store. Relentless is very excited to be working on this project and sees tremendous value in the program after watching the series.
