Relentless has recently completed the re-development of the Synthesis Technology website. Synthesis Technology wanted to break away from the custom CMS solution they were using and port everything over to WordPress. Our role was to convert the existing design into a new codebase while enhancing the technical performance and usability of the website. This process began with an in-depth audit of the Synthesis Google Analytics account, where we looked at exit points and navigation patterns to get accurate data on how people were using the website and where there were deficiencies.

Since the launch of the re-developed website, the average session duration has increased by 140%, pages per session are up 42%, and the bounce rate has dropped by 7%. We’re very happy with the outcome of this project and look forward to working with the good folks at Synthesis in the years to come.
